ABOUT ME

You’ll notice the photos first.
Different expressions. Different moods. Different versions of me.
That’s intentional.
Because women are not one thing. We are layered, adaptable, emotional, resilient, often carrying many roles and identities at once.
The images reflect what I’ve learned through life and work: every part of you belongs, even the ones you’ve learned to hide or move past quickly.
At sixteen, my life changed suddenly when my mother left and did not return. With a much younger sibling to care for, I stepped into adult responsibility far earlier than expected, while continuing to study and work. Like many women I now support, I learned how to keep going by being capable, reliable, and focused on others — even when parts of myself were left unattended.
Today, I’m a mum to a teenager, a wife of over 20 years to a football coach, and a woman who understands what it means to live with uncertainty, relocation, pressure, and constant adaptation. These experiences shaped not only my resilience, but my deep respect for how easily women can lose connection with themselves while holding everything else together.
I’m a certified ICF coach, trained in NLP and counselling skills. I work with women navigating transition — career changes, identity shifts, emotional overload, motherhood, or the quiet sense that something no longer fits, even if it’s hard to name.
My role as your coach is to create a calm, honest space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your own clarity and direction. The work is thoughtful, forward-focused, and rooted in self-trust.
If you feel a pull to return to yourself and move forward with intention, you’re in the right place.
